Please note:Phone sim card must be REMOVED and SD card INSERTED before unlock. If
you do not follow the correct procedure we are not responsible for any
dead phones.

- You have a Standard non modified Kernal on your phone (you have not flashed custom firmware to your X10)
- You must have internet connection

Toruble Shooting Error Invalid file:
Possible causes:
1. On Vista or Windows 7 32/64 byte OS, client must be run as administrator (right click on shortcut, select "run as administrator")
2. Firewall or Antivirus is deleting files in the “loaders” folder. Uninstall software turn off antivirus and reinstall.
Phone shows no service after unlock:
1. Remove Battery and wait 1 minute. Insert Battery and power on phone.
Software hangs while unlocking or detecting ADB device
Antivirus has deleted important files. Uninstall software.Turn off Antivirus .Download and install software again
FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions & Answers Q - Are the Xperia x10 mini Pro & Xperia Mini Pro the same
A - No, the Xperia Mini Pro is a newer Phone, if you are unsure please
check the label under the battery, the X10 mini and X10 Mini Pro are
both supported (u20 & u20i)
Q - Can I use my existing X10 credits to unlock X10 mini/pro/x8/w8
A - No these require different credits
Q - Is it a permanent unlock
A - Yes
Q - My X10 unlock counter is blocked (from entering an incorrect unlock code too many times)
A - No problem, your X10 can still be unlocked.
Q - If I flash the phone, the phone will get relocked ?
A - No it's a permanent unlock, not a stupid "patch" unlock solution
STEP 1: Driver InstallationBefore you can unlock your phone you must install SEMC flash drivers
& ADB drivers, this sounds complicated, but is in fact a very simple
process. Make sure you have installed the Multi Unlock Client,then
follow this procedure (see the video for further guidance)
- Go to START > ALL PROGRAMS > MULTI UNLOCK CLIENT > X10 DRIVERS
- Select the correct 32 bit or 64 bit shortcut folder for your Operating System
- First run "SEMC Flash Driver Install"
- Complete the install wizard that appears
- Second run "ADB Driver Install"
- Complete the install wizard that appears
- Next we need to connect the X10 in Flash Mode (some times called boot mode)
- Remove the battery for 10 seconds and replace
- With the phone still powered off, Press & HOLD the "Back Button"
- Still holding the Back Button connect the USB cable
- Windows will now detect the new hardware and automatically install the drivers.
- Once complete, remove the USB cable from the phone and power the phone on.
- Next we will connect the phone with "USB Debugging" Enabled
- On the phone go to "Settings"
- Next go to "Applications"
- Next go to "Development"
- Now enable "USB Debugging"
- Click "OK" to confirm enabling of USB Debugging
- Now connect the USB cable
- Windows will now detect the new hardware and automatically install the drivers.
- Once complete you can proceed to unlock your X10
Note: if when connecting your Xperia phone in Debugging Mode, windows states
it did not find the required drivers, please open device manager (Right
Click on "My Computer" and select "Properties", then select "Hardware
> Device Manger") you will see a yellow asterisk against the "SDB
Device", Right Click and select "Update Driver", from the nest set of
options select "I have Drivers Browse to location", then Browse to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Multi Unlock Client\adb on WIN Vista/ Windows 7
or C:\Program Files\Multi Unlock Client\adb on Windows XP, then click
Next. Windows will install the drivers.

STEP 2: Unlocking your Xperia Mobile PhonePlease follow this 1 step at a time.
First you must open the unlock client and enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD
- Go to START > ALL PROGRAMS > MULTI UNLOCK CLIENT
- If you are using WINDOWS VISTA or WINDOWS 7 right click on "Unlock Client" the software and select "Run as administrator"
- Windows XP, double click "Unlock Client"
- Under the settings tab, Enter your LOGIN/USER NAME and your PASSWORD
- Click "Save Login Data"
Now we can proceed to Unlocking the X10
- Now click on the "SE" tab of the software

- Make sure that your phone is running a later version of ANDROID that 1.6 (tick the box to confirm on the Unlock Client) or ....
- If you are unsure if your phone is running v2.1 or later, then connect the phone in USB Debugging Mode & click "Check Phone"
- Ok, we now know we are running ANDROID 2.1 or above (if you are not then please upgrade your phone and start again)
- Remove your phones battery for 10 seconds and replace
- Press and HOLD the phones back button
- While still holding the phones back button connect the USB cable.
- The unlock client will now start the unlock process
- When prompted by the UNLOCK CLIENT, remove the USB cable and power on the phone.
- Make sure the phone is in USB Debugging Mode and connect the USB Cable again
- The UNLOCK CLIENT will now complete the unlock
