Samsung I5700 Galaxy Spica Android hard reset

Before
you buy a new cell phone or new tablet, please try the following
procedure to repair your device. First charge your battery, backup your
important data if possible and in most cases take out SIM and SD card.
It is impossible to recover your data after doing a hard reset, so
online backup is always important. You can also backup your data on your
hard drive or a raid system.


1.st method our device freezes or has fatal errors
Installed applications may cause errors. In this case, enter Safe mode and then delete the latest
applications you have installed. To enter Safe mode, press and hold [MENU ] until “Safe Mode” will appear
while the device is booting.
If this does not solve the problem, perform hard reset in one of the following ways:
• From the Home screen, open the application list and select Settings → Privacy → Factory data
reset → Reset phone → Erase everything.
• When the device is turned off, simultaneously press the Volume key down and [CALL], and then
press [END]. When the “Recovery MODE....”
message appears, press [MENU] to reboot.

2nd method PRESSÂ VOLUME DOWN + CALL + DOWN ( OK DOWN ) + POWER ON
(pls try other methods too if this is not working, and feel free to
leave comment)

or 3rd method PRESSÂ VOLUME DOWN + CALL +END keys together.

Hard reset removes all installed applications and data stored in your device and resets all

4th method Use this method to hard reset your Samsung I5700 Galaxy
Spica Android phone: Enter *2767*3855#. Warning! All your data
including contacts, messages etc. will be lost! Copy all your necessary
data/Contacts/Messages etc. to SIM or make backup to your PC before full
reset! Take out SIM card before full reset.

5th method PRESS both CALL + OK + END keys / buttons together for 10 sec.

If you have the too many incorrect patterns issue, try to block gmail
account then type NULL for password. It works on older SW versions.

Other trick on locked phone if you call your locked phone then (back
key ) go into Menu> security settings to take off the lock pattern.
