Numerous Custom ROMs (2.3.6, 4.0.4 & 4.1.0) available in the net.
Just Find them by Google Search using K-touch W619 ROM keyword.
For your convenience, Few of them mentioned below:

Root Process (for those who wants only Root):
(Works on any Android device and need only 1 minute)
1. Download unlockroot installer from [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
2. Install it.
3. Then, turn on USB debugging from developer option.
4. Now, connect your phone with pc.
5. Wait till it detects your phone.
N.B: You have to install the driver if it shows any error.

6. Then, run unlockroot and wait till it's loaded fully.
7. Click root (on left corner) and wait till it ask to install Battery Monitor apps. (Press No, if you don't want to install this free apps)
8. Select Yes on next menu on what it asks to restart phone and wait till it restart.
9. Now, go to menu and look for the apps named Superuser with an Android icon. If you see it, then you are rooted. if not, try again.

Installing Driver
1. Plug the USB cable connected to the computer, the computer will report new hardware name, click Next and select "Install from a list or specitific location", and then click Next.
2. Extract Driver.zip file downloaded above, click on "Browse" and navigate to the unzipped driver folder, select USB Modem Driver \ Win32 if your OS is 32bit. Then click Next to it start to install.
3. Repeat the above steps until there is no popup window appears.
4. Select I continue to install the ADB drivers, select adb_driver folder, click "OK", click "Next" to start installing the ADB drivers.
(If the driver does not show up ADB settings window, you can install it manually in Device Manager.)


ClockworkMod Recovery (to install Custom ROM):

Installing ClockworkMod Recovery
1. Hold Volume + button and Power button until the screen appears Green, then quickly drop two fingers hold out.
(We will see the machine boot up logo and boot on Recovery mode)
2. Unzip Downloaded ClockworkMod Recovery in a Single Folder to Any Directory.
3. Double Click or Open Recovery.bat file from ClockworkMod Recovery Folder.
4. Press Any key from the Keyboard.
5. When Completed Phone will Automatically Restarted.
6. Done.

Installing Custom ROM by byClockworkMod Recovery
1. Put downloaded Custom ROM to the Memory Card.
2. Switch-off your phone.
3. Hold Vol + and Power until the screen appears Red, then quickly drop two fingers hold out.
(We will see the machine boot up logo and boot on Recovery mode)
4. Backup your Current Official ROM to Memory Card for Future Use (If you want to roll back to your Official ROM and Claiming Warranty) by Backup & Restore option (From Recovery Menu)
5. Select Wipe data/factory reset option (From Recovery Menu)
6. Select Cache partition option (From Recovery Menu)
7. Select Install Zip from SD Card option (From Recovery Menu).
8. Select Choose zip from SD Card option (From Recovery Menu)
9. When Completed, select Restart Now option (From Recovery Menu)
10. Enjoy New ROM.
